Our arrangement on the theme of “nature, mindfulness and relaxation” offers you a unique opportunity to bring body, mind and soul into harmony. Spend relaxing days surrounded by nature and enjoy a variety of activities that will invigorate your senses and strengthen your body. Take part in inspiring workshops and seminars led by experienced trainers and coaches, or simply relax with a yoga or meditation class. In our Nature Fit classes, you can work out under the guidance of trained instructors while enjoying the fresh air and natural surroundings. Our Walk & Talk coaching sessions offer you the opportunity to get moving while reflecting on your thoughts and feelings. The food is healthy and balanced, and sufficient relaxation and recreation is also provided.

Renovation Body, Mind & Soul- Workshop
On the day of arrival, each participant will be greeted by Aliena and welcomed to the Berghotel Hoher Knochen. The introduction begins with light meditation and relaxation exercises. The days offer you different sessions of nature fit, yoga and mindfulness/meditation exercises.

“Basics of Yoga- Discover Your Inner Power””
In this workshop you will learn the basics of yoga and discover your inner power. You will have the opportunity to practice the basic yoga poses (asanas) and learn how to do them properly. We will also do various breathing exercises (pranayama) to deepen your breathing and relax your body. What makes this workshop special is that it takes place outside in nature, weather permitting. This gives us the opportunity to connect with the environment and enjoy the fresh air. When you practice yoga in nature, you immediately feel your body and mind relax and feel refreshed and renewed. After this introduction to the basics of yoga, we will enjoy a yoga class that incorporates everything you have learned. The yoga class will be a combination of asanas, breathing exercises and meditation to refresh you, strengthen your body and calm your mind. You will have the opportunity to feel and enjoy your newfound inner strength. This workshop is suitable for anyone who wants to learn about yoga and deepen their practice. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced practitioner, you will benefit from this workshop and feel relaxed and renewed.
