This workshop offers activities in nature to relax the body, mind and spirit. Experienced trainers lead workshops, yoga, meditation, nature fit classes and walk & talk coaching. Healthy catering is included.
On the day of arrival, each participant will be greeted by Aliena and welcomed to the Berghotel Hoher Knochen. The introduction begins with light meditation and relaxation exercises. The days offer you different sessions of nature fit, yoga and mindfulness/meditation exercises.
When you arrive at our place, the path leads to the mountain hotel on our resting mountain 2 km towards the sky. Right then, even as you drive up the road to us, you’ll feel our unique solitude welcoming you with open arms, and you’ll come here to feel BETTER.
